Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser for Lincoln, NE. The role focuses on merchandising, inventory control, and supporting online operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in product training to build knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
