Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking friendly Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations while handling stocking, merchandising, and curbside/delivery orders when needed.

We value reliability, 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Eligible benefits include PTO, health plans, and a 401(k) option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and advise on products.
• Engage customers, greet them, and build relationships.
• Load, stock, and merchandize; assist with orders and curbside pickup.
• Follow safety rules and comply with alcohol regulations.
• Attend product training and stay informed on promotions.
