Job summary

Total Wine & More stores are seeking Merchandiser team members to maximize inventory, build displays, and support online and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold safety standards while following all alcohol-sale regulations.

Must be 21+, with 1–3 years retail experience and familiarity with POS and inventory software. Paid training on wine, spirits, and beer, plus a wide range of benefits and a total rewards program, are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential job function.
