Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members to provide excellent customer service and help merchandise, stock, and support online orders. Roles may be part-time or full-time and involve occasional delivery support.

Candidates should be 21+, have 1–3 years retail experience, and be flexible to evenings/weekends. Training on wine, spirits, and beer will expand product knowledge and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and merchandise displays.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with curbside pickup and delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Stay updated on advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Load and deliver orders safely per policies and laws.
