Job summary

Total Wine & More, the country's leading wine retailer, seeks Store Team Members to excel in merchandising, customer engagement, and support of online efforts. You will build displays, stock shelves, and assist with curbside or home delivery when needed.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Training on wine, spirits, and loyalty programs is provided. 21+ and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, and stock merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps; place signage and support digital orders.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery when required.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; comply with alcohol sale laws.
