Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an in-store Merchandiser to maximize product inventory, build displays, and assist with online orders and curbside services. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in retail, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule, and comply with alcohol-related regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight.
• Build displays, end caps, and signage.
• Support online orders and curbside/pick-up and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
