Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston is seeking a Merchandiser who will maximize product inventory and support online operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist with stocking, displays, curbside pickup, and deliveries when assigned, with a focus on compliance and safety in a busy wine, beer, and spirits environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in retail, plus familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Load, deliver, and stock merchandise as needed and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with curbside pickup, delivery where required, and adherence to alcohol laws.
