Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support store operations, inventory, and customer service. You will handle freight, build displays, stock shelves, and assist with curbside orders and deliveries when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, some POS/inventory software experience, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training on wine, spirits, and beer will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
