Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and support online orders.
• Greet customers and build relationships to inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is essential.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
