Job summary

Total Wine & More in Bellevue is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team. You will maximize inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and support online orders including curbside pickup and occasional deliveries.

You will assist customers, train in wine, spirits, and beer, and keep promotions and loyalty programs current. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise and support online orders.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to the sale of alcohol and safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
