Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Napa, CA is seeking a full-time Field Sales Associate to drive revenue for our beverage portfolio across local accounts. The role offers $27.00 per hour with overtime potential, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

You will visit retailers, execute promotions, monitor inventory, and build relationships with store personnel to meet monthly sales goals. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 0–2 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable automobile transportation with a valid license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; secure trade support and manage displays/POP.
• Maintain quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact across selling and storage areas.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
