Zusammenfassung

Reyes Beverage Group is looking for a field-based sales professional to support off-premise accounts across our full brand portfolio, including Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, and premium spirits and wines. The role emphasizes new business development, account visits, and effective in-store promotions.

The position runs full-time with early morning start times, Monday–Friday, and offers a base pay of $25.00 per hour with overtime eligibility and monthly incentives, plus a monthly car and mileage

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or HS diploma with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record, and hold a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate displays, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation for shelf impact and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.
