Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a field-based role in California to drive sales and manage accounts across Napa, American Canyon, Fairfield, and Vacaville. The role offers a $27.00 per hour pay with overtime opportunities, monthly car and mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have reliable auto transportation.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance as required by company and state law.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and develop new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinating displays, pricing and promotions.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts and manage inventory to minimize stockouts.
• Monitor product placement and rotate stock to maximize shelf impact.
