Festival Foods in Darboy, WI is hiring a Wine and Spirits Cashier for part‑time hours. You will assist guests, recommend pairings, and operate the register with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You’ll join a team that values service, accuracy, and safety. The role requires 21+ for alcohol, good communication, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products in the wine & spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Ability to apply on‑the‑job safety training to recognize hazards and use equipment properly.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find items, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, ensure guests feel supported.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
• Keep Things Running: maintain inventory, ensure accurate pricing, and stock shelves.
• Operate the Register: process purchases with accuracy and a smile.
• Ensure Cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Communicate & Collaborate: work with vendors and management to exceed expectations.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
