Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits seeks a Sales Activation Manager to drive elite-level activation of our brand portfolio in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will build strong relationships with accounts, distributors, and gatekeepers while executing innovative activation programs.

You will educate trade accounts and distributor teams, implement marketing strategies, and ensure our brand standards are consistently visible in on- and off-premise channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field sales within beverage/alcohol industries.
• Strong ability to build relationships with retailers, distributors and gatekeepers.
• Proven track record executing market activation and in-store programs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key accounts, distributors and partners.
• Lead and educate trade accounts and distributor sales teams on activation programs.
• Execute marketing programs, merchandising and displays to drive distribution.
• Improve rate of sale through elite activation in the trade.
• Ensure brand standards are executed across on- and off-premise channels.
