Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits in New Jersey seeks a Sales Activation Manager to lead elite market activation for our brands. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, educate distributor sales teams, and execute programs that transform distribution into sales.

Based in Northern New Jersey, you will travel within the territory, uphold DFWS standards, and drive brand visibility to increase rate of sale across on- and off-premise channels while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Focused, assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build Strong Relationships with key accounts, distributors and partners.
• Drive activation and display initiatives to maximize in-store presence.
• Educate and influence on-premise accounts and distributor sales teams.
• Execute marketing programs and events to boost brand visibility.
• Ensure brand standards and market goals are achieved.
• Manage budget allocations for activations and campaigns.
• Travel within Northern New Jersey to cover territory.
