Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Activation Manager to drive market activation and on-premise success across New Jersey. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, educate distributor teams, and execute innovative activation programs to boost brand visibility and sales.

The role requires 5+ years in beverage or CPG sales, strong leadership and presentation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years field sales in beverage/alcohol or CPG.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Objective oriented: Focused, self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Team player: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to develop customer relationships.
• Strong communication: Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key accounts, gatekeepers and distributor partners.
• Foster loyalty through elite market activation events and programs.
• Improve rate of sale via activation tactics in on-premise and trade channels.
• Educate and influence through training in accounts and with distributor teams.
• Execute marketing programs: merchandising, displays, and distribution activation.
• Enhance market presence to drive visibility and trial for DFWS brands.
• Deliver excellence in brand standards and activation in all assigned accounts.
