Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, based in Northern New Jersey, is seeking a Sales Activation Manager to drive elite activation and ensure our brands are the MVP in trade. You will build relationships with key accounts and distributors, lead market activation events, and educate teams to boost sales and visibility.

Responsibilities include improving rate of sale, coordinating merchandising, and ensuring brand standards across on/off premise channels while managing budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience: beverage industry field sales, alcohol or CPG, 5+ years
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to develop customer relationships
• Ability to travel within the territory and work non-traditional hours

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive brand loyalty
• Execute elite-level market activation events to create consumer demand
• Improve rate of sale through activation tactics and programming
• Educate on-premise accounts and distributor teams to support brand confidence
• Implement merchandising and display initiatives to boost distribution
• Ensure brand standards in on/off premise channels and achieve market goals
• Lead activation projects with strategic thinking and budget oversight
