Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Ventura, CA to meet monthly sales targets, expand distribution, and manage retail promotions. You will visit accounts regularly, ensure product freshness, monitor inventory, and coordinate displays while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with relevant sales experience as specified.
• Must be 21+ years old and have reliable auto transportation and valid license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives while expanding new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute retail promotions and pricing communications; coordinate displays, POS materials, events and other opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
