Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow the beverage portfolio, covering on premise and off premise accounts with brands like Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, and a focus on spirits and wines. You will drive store-level promotions, pricing, and merchandising while meeting monthly sales targets.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift heavy product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 3–5+ years in sales or distribution.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. with keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly business objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and product promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
