Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based sales professional in California to support off-premise accounts and sell the full portfolio, including alcohol brands, with a focus on spirits and wine. You will drive growth, manage retail promotions, and coordinate displays to maximize shelf impact.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience or a HS diploma with 3–5+ years in related roles, valid driver license, reliable car insurance, and the ability to lift heavy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 3-5+ years related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with valid driver's license and reliable auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinate displays and POS materials, and communicate pricing/promotions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy to minimize out-of-stock and aging codes, plan regular sales visits.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
