Job summary

Total Wine & More in Plano, TX is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive sales. You will greet customers, advise on products, stock shelves, build displays, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services; assist with in-store operations as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally in compliance with company policies.
