Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to engage customers, drive sales, and provide a personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include helping customers select products, stocking shelves, building displays, and supporting curbside pickup and delivery where applicable.

Role requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Physical requirements include standing long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory and merchandising, stocking, displays, end caps and signage.
