Total Wine & More in Houston is hiring Store Team Members to support merchandising, customer service, and online order fulfillment. You will maximize product inventory, stock displays, assist with curbside pickup, and help ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We offer PTO, health plans, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock displays and end caps.
• Support online orders, curbside pickup and local delivery as needed.
• Greet customers, provide product information and build relationships.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Complete cross-functional duties and other tasks as assigned.
