Job summary

Total Wine & More in Plano, TX is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support online orders. You may participate in merchandising, sales, front-end tasks, or other duties as needed to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, building product knowledge through training, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and may involve delivery duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory; process freight, stock merchandise, build displays, and support digital orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; greet customers and inform them about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
• Complete cross-functional duties as needed.
