Job summary

Total Wine & More in Tampa, FL is seeking a Service Team Member to provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and operations. You will greet customers, advise on products, and help with in-store and curbside pick-up and deliveries as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital orders.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
