Job summary

Regal Wine Company is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate to support Account Sales Executives across California in key chain accounts. The role focuses on maintaining shelf distribution, introducing new products, and ensuring accurate pricing in displays and stores.

You will build displays, establish rapport with store personnel, and plan account activities with the District Manager. Occasional travel within CA is required, with potential growth into an Account Executive role as openings appear.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to travel within California up to 6 times per year for education and training.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required movements.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts within the assigned district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and introduce new items and direct store delivery products.
• Communicate pricing accurately on displays and in accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays and uphold Royal Wine Company merchandising standards.
• Develop rapport with store managers and liquor department personnel.
• Plan and previsit accounts, report back through preplans/recaps to District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Continue wine knowledge growth and sales skills development.
• Other duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager.
