Job summary

The Retail Lead Associate at Biltmore Company is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, up-selling, and maintaining accuracy in POS operations while supporting daily shop operations at the Carriage House stores.

You will monitor merchandise, assist with inventory, assist with opening/closing duties, train new hires, and liaise with supervisors to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related guest service experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and achieve proficiency in store operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Develop proficiency and accuracy in all POS register operations.
• Maintain sales focus with up-selling and cross-selling.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise and assist with inventory control.
• Support floor coverage and assist with breaks and guest flow.
• Assist supervisor with opening/closing duties and end-of-day reporting.
