Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3-4 years of fine dining leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service.

• Able to train staff and manage VIP guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform duties per restaurant manuals.
• Recommend and sell wine to guests on the floor.
• Maintain wine cellar inventory.
• Oversee front-of-house service and liaison with BOH.
