Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead growth initiatives for Barefoot, the top wine brand in the U.S. You will collaborate with senior leaders to guide P&L and drive integrated marketing campaigns.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Modesto, CA (3 days) or Dallas, TX (4 days) per week. Strong communication, analytics, and cross-functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 3 years of experience in brand management or similar
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience with brand management
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations with increasing responsibility
• High School diploma plus 9 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience with increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

• Join our brand marketing team and spearhead initiatives that drive growth for Barefoot, the #1 wine brand by dollar sales in the U.S.
• Lead critical subsets of brand initiatives and mentor internal and external teams
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns, shape brand health outcomes, and manage agency relationships
