Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking friendly Servers who are curators of memorable experiences. Grounded in high standards, they guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club with confidence and care, turning visits into memories.

You will learn the menu, wine list, and steps of service, work with a POS system, and deliver warm, team-based service. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care, following steps of service.
• Know the menu, wine list, and how to describe Wine Club perks.
• Use the POS system for orders and payments with accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen and hosts to keep service flowing.
• Welcome guests personally and tailor recommendations to enhance their experience.
