Overview
As a Wine and Restaurant Manager at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, you will be the key to fulfilling our promise to make every guest visit a memorable celebration of food, wine, and personalized service. You will ensure Fleming’s is an employer of choice in your community by creating a work environment that welcomes and respects everyone.
Responsibilities
- Drive our high‑quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department, fostering an inclusive environment, and holding the team accountable.
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests.
- Create memorable experiences for guests, interacting authentically, and participating in community outreach activities.
- Manage the beverage department’s P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and foster wine knowledge through training programs.
- Ensure all menu items are made according to recipe and presented to our high standards.
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
- Minimum 3 years of salaried management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong wine and beverage training experience.
- Level I sommelier (preferred).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency (preferred).
