Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Field Sales Associate to support off-premise retail accounts, with a focus on our Wine portfolio. You will drive sales, execute promotions, and maintain in-store execution.

Responsibilities include regular account visits, inventory management, and coordinating displays and events. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or GED with relevant sales experience.
• 0–2+ years of related sales experience or 3–4+ years with GED.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and grow new business.
• Execute plans and promotions at retail, supporting trade communications.
• Maintain product quality controls and stock integrity.
• Plan regular store visits and optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact to maximize visibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
