Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits in Kenwood, CA is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through hospitality experiences, telephone outreach and events.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate about wine, with strong people skills, the ability to multi-task, serve guests, and work well in a team. Prior winery tasting room experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality and/or tasting room experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Basic wine knowledge and ability to convey brand stories.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct wine experiences for memorable tastings.
• Describe brand story and convey benefits of wine club memberships.
• Handle routine transactions at POS and manage daily sales processes.
• Book guest experiences by phone or email with billing and contact info.
• Assist with hospitality events and maintain knowledge of wine portfolio.
• Prepare cheese plates and food accompaniments for tastings.
• Assist customers with carry-out and restock as needed.
• Maintain tasting room cleanliness and organization.
