Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits seeks a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through tasting room experiences, phone campaigns, and events. The candidate should be enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate about wine, with strong people skills and the ability to multi-task in a team environment.

Previous winery tasting room experience is preferred; must be 21+ and able to lift 42 lbs. Weekend availability and professional demeanor are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality and/or tasting room experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and convey the brand story during tastings.
• Describe wine club benefits and how to convert to memberships.
• Assist with daily duties including restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks.
• Handle routine purchase transactions with POS and daily sales accounting.
• Book guest and member experiences via phone or email, collecting billing info.
• Assist with hospitality events and maintain thorough knowledge of winery portfolio.
