Job summary

The Hospitality Center Wine Educator at Foley Family Wines & Spirits drives top-line sales through hospitality center experiences, phone campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate about wine, with strong people skills and the ability to multi-task.

Previous winery tasting room experience is preferred; duties include greeting guests, conveying our brand story, booking experiences, handling transactions, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality and/or tasting room experience preferred.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Explain brand story and convey it to guests.
• Describe wine club benefits and assist with memberships.
• Book guest experiences via phone or email and collect billing info.
• Assist with hospitality events and daily duties.
• Handle routine purchase transactions and daily sales processes.
