Job summary

The Hospitality Center Wine Educator at Foley Family Wines & Spirits assists with driving top-line sales revenue through hospitality center experiences, telephone campaigns and events. This role requires enthusiasm, charisma, and a passion for wine, with strong people skills and the ability to multi-task in a team environment.

Two years of hospitality or tasting room experience are preferred; must be 21+, able to lift 42 lbs, and able to convey the brand story and convert guests to wine club

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Beginner wine knowledge with training available.
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the brand story to guests and educate on wines.
• Describe wine club benefits and assist with memberships.
• Handle routine purchases at the POS and manage daily sales.
• Book tastings and experiences by phone or email; collect billing data.
• Assist with hospitality events and maintain wine knowledge.
