Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through engaging hospitality experiences at the tasting center. You will convey the brand story, manage reservations, and perform daily sales tasks in a collaborative tasting room environment.

The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm for wine, strong people skills, and the ability to multi-task while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Prior winery tasting room experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Beginner to proficient wine knowledge with ability to convey brand story to guests.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for hospitality experiences.
• Experience with wine club benefits and memberships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the winery brand story to guests with enthusiasm.
• Describe wine club benefits and assist with memberships.
• Assist with daily duties including restocking, cleaning, opening/closing.
• Handle routine purchase transactions at the cash register and daily sales recording.
• Book guest experiences via phone or email and collect billing information.
• Assist with hospitality events as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of winery and wine portfolio.
