Foley Family Wines & Spirits invites an enthusiastic Wine Educator to join the Hospitality Center. You will drive top-line sales through hospitality experiences, phone campaigns, and events, while sharing the brand story with guests.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and a passion for wine in a lively tasting-room setting. The ideal candidate is friendly, with the ability to multi-task, and is motivated to educate customers on wine offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner/novice level wine knowledge and ability to execute experiences with supervision.
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred; POS experience preferred.
• Commitment to excellence in hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the brand story to guests.
• Describe wine club benefits and convert to memberships.
• Assist with daily duties: restocking, cleaning, opening/closing.
• Handle routine transactions and daily sales accounting.
• Book experiences via phone or email with billing info.
• Assist with hospitality events as needed.
• Acquire and maintain wine portfolio knowledge.
• Prepare cheese plates and food accompaniments.
• Assist customers with purchases to their vehicles.
