Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through hospitality center experiences, phone campaigns and events. This person must be enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate about wine.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner/novice wine knowledge with supervision and training.
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• POS experience preferred.
• Commitment to hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe the winery experience.
• Describe the brand story and convey it to guests.
• Explain wine club benefits and convert to memberships.
• Assist with daily duties including restocking and cleaning.
• Accurately handle routine purchase transactions and daily sales.
• Book tastings by phone or email and collect billing/contact information.
• Support hospitality events as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of winery and wine portfolio.
