Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests.
• Explain and upsell guest experiences and private seated options.
• Capture guest information in the reservation system accurately; manage reservations.
• Coordinate with team to seat guests efficiently and minimize wait times.
• Assist with tasting room tasks during peak times as needed.
• Perform outreach and cross-training as directed by management.
