Job summary

You will educate guests on Chimney Rock’s history and winemaking, promote wines and merchandise, and host engaging tastings that create memorable experiences for visitors.

This role supports management initiatives, handles daily operations, and processes transactions with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior tasting room or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Chimney Rock wines, the Wine Club and merchandise.
• Educate guests about Chimney Rock history and winemaking.
• Host tastings and deliver exceptional service to visitors.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and sign-ups.
• Operate POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
