Foley Family Wines & Spirits seeks a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive hospitality center sales and lead engaging wine experiences. You will share the brand story, assist with memberships, and coordinate events with enthusiasm and a team mindset.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in hospitality or tasting room roles, strong wine knowledge, and the ability to lift 42 lbs. This on-site position emphasizes excellent customer service and a polished appearance in a dynamic winery setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner/novice level wine knowledge with supervision.
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred; POS experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the brand story with strong communication.
• Describe wine club benefits and assist with memberships.
• Support daily duties: restocking, cleaning, opening/closing tasks.
• Process routine purchases and manage daily sales.
• Book guest experiences via phone or email and collect billing data.
• Assist with hospitality events and maintain winery knowledge.
• Prepare cheese plates/food accompaniments and tasting setup.
• Assist customers with carry-out and restock merchandise.
