Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Olympia/Tacoma area. This role leads revenue and margin growth within the Rainier Division, managing key accounts and driving strategic initiatives.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, a BA/related degree, and a valid driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package and an opportunity to impact beverage distribution are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience is required.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of state registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director.
• Communicate local program spending effectiveness to maximize the company’s profits and ROI on initiatives.
• Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for the assigned territory.
• Provide conflict resolution and remove performance obstacles among key accounts in the region.
• Identify market trends and developments in product categories and regions to stay ahead of competition.
