Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of wine and beverage products.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Three years or more experience in retail or on-premise setting.
• CSW certification an advantage (and required to maintain position).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain guest services in the Wine Department.
• Oversee operation of the Wine Department for maximum sales and profitability.
• Ensure stock levels, presentation, signing, and assortment in the Wine Department.
• Coordinate with Corporate Merchandising & Marketing for wine strategies.
• Train and develop Wine Sales Associates.
