Job summary

Big Red Liquors in Indiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to serve as a resource to loyal customers, sharing industry knowledge and ensuring the store looks its best. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.

You will lead a team, supervise day-to-day operations, process purchases, and help with merchandising while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.

• Progressive experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.

• Communicate clearly to in-store staff and maintain cash accuracy.
• Interpret and apply company policies; adhere to cash controls.
