Job summary

Sixty Vines in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support our chef-driven menu, prep, and plating in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, maintain quality, manage tickets, and work with the team to deliver consistent dishes from our scratch kitchen.

Ideal candidates read tickets, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a valid Food Handler's Certification. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare all food products according to the prescribed methods and recipes.
• Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items.
• Maintain the highest level of food quality possible.
• Receive and store all products according to local health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including maintaining a current Food Handler's Certification.
