Job summary

Sixty Vines is hiring a Line Cook in Orlando, FL. You will cook and prepare dishes from our chef-driven menu, following recipes and ensuring timely plating and presentation. Staff assist with wine pairings and uphold high quality standards in a scratch kitchen.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to health regulations, and working calmly with teammates to deliver a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare all food products according to the prescribed methods and recipes.
• Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items.
• Maintain the highest level of food quality possible.
• Receive and store all products according to local health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
