Job summary

Sixty Vines is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Boca Raton, FL. You will prepare items from our seasonal menu, read tickets accurately, and ensure timely plating while upholding strict quality and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining clean stations, and collaborating with staff to deliver consistent, high-quality plates. Flexible schedules and industry benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Read and understand tickets to prepare correct menu items.
• Stand for long periods during shifts.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proper knife handling and safe food preparation.
• Maintain current Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare all food products according to prescribed methods and recipes.
• Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items.
• Maintain the highest level of food quality possible.
• Receive and store all products according to local health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• Label and date all products prepared.
