Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a friendly Server in Arlington Heights, IL to welcome guests, explain our menu and wine selections, and deliver a memorable dining experience with a collaborative team. You will educate guests about the Wine Club and help grow membership while maintaining professional service.

The role requires at least 6 months of server experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and the physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of server experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and answer questions about food, wine, and facilities
• Maintain knowledge of food, drinks, wine menus, and service steps
• Educate guests on Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and invite membership
• Coordinate with bartenders, hosts, and food runners to ensure a memorable experience
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and safely
• Follow SOPs and ensure a clean, stocked work area
